Informatie-voorziening is niet het enige waarin wij ons onderscheiden van andere winkels en webshops. Ook op het gebied van service onderscheiden wij ons. Bij het verzenden nemen wij alle mogelijke maatregelen om te zorgen dat er nooit problemen zich voordoen. Door onze veilige en verzorgde manieren van verpakken, is er nog nooit een zending beschadigd aangekomen. Het verschil in service zult u ook merken in onze email-communicatie. Natuurlijk kunt u gewoon keurige antwoorden van ons verwachten, maar omdat wij als webshop feitelijk geen openingstijden hebben, zijn wij bijna altijd geopend. Waar kan ik als beginner terecht?
Er zijn verschillende kanten die je op kunt gaan, en het is aan te bevelen om ze allemaal langs te gaan.
Allereerst zijn er natuurlijk de spelregels, die kun je via onze website downloaden.
Daarnaast kun je veel informatie krijgen vanaf de websites van de merken zelf, die links vindt u hier onder. Op veel van deze websites kun je je ook registreren waardoor je meer informatie krijgt, berichten over nieuwe uitgaven, en over akties. Vooral Magic The Gathering is een merk dat zijn spelers veelvuldig beloond. Dan komt het spelen zelf.
Je kunt via de onderstaande links erachter komen waar officiele wedstrijden e.d. worden gespeeld, Organized Play. Daarnaast kun je via de startpagina's, die voor vrijwel alle merken beschikbaar zijn, bij veel forums terecht komen. Dit is een goede manier om achter een lokaal groepje te komen waarbij je je kunt aansluiten. In het begin is dit vaak een makkelijke manier om het spel te leren kennen.
Daarnaast zijn er over alle onderwerpen vele sites waarop je meer informatie kunt vinden, in contact kunt komen met andere spelers, en meer tips over het spel en de regels kunt vinden. Via onze Links pagina kunt vele links vinden.
Qua aankopen zijn vaak de Starters, Theme Decks, Intro Packs en dergelijke een goed begin. Bij deze Packs heb je meteen een redelijk opgebouwd deck in handen, terwijl bij de aankoop van een aantal Booster Packs het niet zeker is dat je een gebalanceerd deck hebt. De Booster Packs kun je beter als aanvulling gebruiken om je deck steeds sterker en sterker te maken. Als je Magic speelt, kun je via voorbeeld-decks vinden.

Overschrijving Vooraf:
Betaling geschiedt binnen 10 werkdagen na bestelling. De bestelde artikelen worden na ontvangst van de betaling verzonden. De betaling kan gedaan worden aan postbank rekeningnummer 19.28.505 ten name van MrBully Inc te Lelystad. Alle zendingen worden binnen 24 á 48 uur na ontvangst van betaling verzonden.
PayPal:
Via de winkelwagen kunt u via PayPal betalen. Omdat er nogal wat kosten verbonden zijn aan betaling via PayPal, worden de exacte kosten hiervan wel in rekening gebracht. Dit is 0,35 euro en 3.4% van het totale bedrag.

Als uw pakket is verzonden, dan treft u in de mail zowel een link als een code voor tracking van het pakketje aan. Hiermee kunt u precies volgen waar het pakketje is, en een idee krijgen van wanneer het wordt geleverd.
Voor Verzending Binnen Nederland en Verzending Binnen Nederland Extra Zeker wordt u naar DHL For You verwezen waar u enkel de code hoeft in te vullen.
Bij Aangetekende Verzending Binnen Nederland wordt u doorverwezen naar TNT Post Track en Trace, waar u de code en uw postcode dient in te vullen.
Voor buitenlandse verzendingen kan dit proces nogal verschillen en verwijzen wij u naar de instructies in de verzonden mail.

Welke rarities/zeldzaamheden zijn er bij de cards en miniatures?
De meest voorkomende rarities zijn natuurlijk (oplopend) Common, Uncommon en Rare. Maar daarnaast kunnen er per merk nog andere rarities bestaan:
Axis & Allies Miniatures:
Axis & Allies gebruikt enkel Common, Uncommon en Rare.
Dungeons & Dragons Miniatures:
Dungeons & Dragons gebruikt enkel Common, Uncommon en Rare.
Star Wars Miniatures:
Star Wars gebruikt Common, Uncommon en Rare, en daarnaast ook Very Rare, vaak exclusieve uitvoeringen van Rares.

A Game Of Thrones Trading Card Game:

Dinosaur King Trading Card Game:

Silver Rare zijn zilver gelamineerde cards met meer mogelijkheden en sterker dan Commons
Gold Rare zijn goud gelamineerde cards met nog krachtigere mogelijkheden.
Collosal Rare hebben een heel special patroon-laminaat en 1 op de 10 is een Level 5 of 6 Dinosaur.
En Collosal Rares vertegenwoordigen al maar 10% van de cards. Daarnaast zijn de prints op deze cards niet dinosaurs in hun wereld, maar dinosaurs in onze wereld.
Huntik Trading Card Game:
Huntik gebruikt Common, Uncommon en Rare, en Super Rare en Ultra Rare. Over de beschikbaarheid van de rarities zijn echter nog steeds geen gegevens bekend.
Magic The Gathering Trading Card Game:
Magic The Gathering gebruikt Common, Uncommon en Rare, en daarnaast ook Land, Special en Mythic Rare.
De Special cards komen soms in speciale reeksen voor. In de Time Spiral reeks komen Specials voor genaamd Timeshifted, aparte uitgaven, reprints van kaarten die als een andere rarity al zijn uitgegeven.
De zeldzaamste rarity Mythic Rare komt slechts voor in 1 op de 8 boosterpacks.
De Land is duidelijk enkel gebruikt voor de land-type cards. Maar qua rarity is dit vergelijkbaar met Common.
Pokémon Trading Card Game:
Bij Pokémon tref je naast de Common, Uncommon en Rare enkel Foils aan, speciaal geheel gelamineerde versie's van kaarten die ook onder de andere rarities voorkomen.
World Of Warcraft Trading Card Game:
World Of Warcraft gebruikt Common, Uncommon en Rare, en daarnaast ook Epic, Hero, Legendary en Foil.
Epic's zijn 2-maal zo zeldzaam als Rares.
Foil zijn speciaal gelamineerde versie's van kaarten die onder een andere rarity voorkomen.
In een Boosterpack zit enkel 1 Hero cards, een card die, logischerwijze, als held kan worden gespeeld.
Legendary cards is een rarity enkel gebruikt voor Loot Cards.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game:
Yu-Gi-Oh! heeft de meeste verschillende rarities, en ,om niets te laten verliezen door de vertaling, hebben we de engelse uitleg van de rarities geplaatst, inclusief de basis-rarities:
A Common card is identified by having a black or white card name and the image is not holofoiled. Some common cards are short printed or super short printed by UDE. A listing of all super short or short prints can be found in Beckett's Official Magazine. Each standard Booster Pack (Duelists Packs and reprint packs contain a different amount of cards in each pack) has 8 commons in it. Because they're so easy to find and are often much less powerful than rare cards (in fact, most commons are considered completely unplayable for one reason or another), commons are worth much less than other cards. That doesn't mean commons can't be powerful and valuable, though.
Normal Rares (aka. Secret Commons ) are identical to Commons, except they are much harder to find. Comparable to the now-discontinued TCG Short Print and Super Short Print rarities, Normal Rares only exist in the OCG, thus they are restricted to Japanese Card. They were started in Vol.3, back in 1999, and are still being included in current Japanese Released Sets. The approximate chance of finding one is 1:30.
Short Prints are identical to Commons, except they are slightly harder to find. This only existed in the TCG, and were discontinued after Ancient Sanctuary, but have since been re-introduced in the TCG in Phantom Darkness.
Super Short Prints are identical to Commons and Short Prints, except they are much harder to find. They only existed in the TCG, and were discontinued after Ancient Sanctuary.
Holofoil Rares are used for early Gameboy Promos. They are akin to Super Rares, but have a coating very similar to Parallel Common cards. However, this coating has none of the consistent layout and texture of the usual Parallel coating.
A Rare card is identified by having a silver card name and the image is not holofoiled. The chances of getting one in a Booster Pack in the TCG is 1:1 for The Duelist Genesis and later. In sets Flaming Eternity and later, Rare cards, and cards of higher rarities, can be found as Ultimate Rares.
A Super Rare card is identified by having a black or white card name and the image is a holofoil. More recent video game promo cards have been Super Rares. Starter Decks also usually include two cards printed in super rare, often two cards of lesser significance than the deck's featured card. These are always predetermined. Currently there is a 1:5 chance of getting one in a booster pack.
An Ultra Rare card is identified by having a gold card name and a holofoil image. The odds of getting an Ultra Rare in a Booster Pack was around 1:12 in Booster Packs before Soul of the Duelist. From Soul of the Duelist onwards, the odds became around 1:24. Reprint sets released after Soul of the Duelist such as Dark Revelation Volume 3 use the 1:12 ratio. After Tactical Evolution the odds dropped back down to 1:12. In the oldest OCG packs, such as Premium Pack 1 (OCG-JP), almost all cards are Ultra Rare. In all pre-made decks, both starter and structure, there is one card printed in Ultra Rare. This is usually the featured card of the deck and the highlight of its collection. However, these cards are always predetermined, so it's entirely for show. The chance of getting Ultra Rare cards in Duelist Packs is 1:15. Ultra Rare cards are often more valuable than other cards, because they are harder to find and usually more powerful.
An Ultimate Rare card has an "embossed" foil on the Card Artwork, including the borders of artworks, Attribute icon, and on Monster Cards, the Level Stars. The card name is printed gold, like an Ultra Rare. When scanned, the embossed image may be muted and the image indistinct from the background. This card rarity is very hard for Scalers to find, since the card is much thinner than a normal Super Rare or Ultra Rare, with a weight comparable to that of to a Common. Ultimate Rare cards usually also come in a less rare variety that can be found in the same booster with the same card number. OCG Ultimate Rares tend to scan much better than their TCG counterparts, due to a slightly reflective coating present on all OCG cards (but lacking on TCG cards). This has the advantage of brightening the image, and making the foil image more distinct than on a TCG equivalent. In the OCG, Ultimate Rares have been known to be printed as independent rarities, while they are used exclusively as an additional Booster Pack rarity in the TCG. When they were first introduced in the TCG, Ultimate Rare cards often only had partial foil on the Card artwork, usually the background. Starting partially in Soul of the Duelist and from Enemy of Justice onwards, the entire picture would be embossed in foil. On the internet market, Ultimate Rare Cards are often much more valuable than others, even if their effectiveness in the game is only above average. Also, some Ultimate Rare cards have a pattern in their foiling, such as stripes in fire, or a curvy pattern in some backgrounds. While subtle, it's a neat addition to some Ultimate Rares.
Ghost Rare is a fairly recent rarity introduced in the TCG version of Tactical Evolution. It appears to have a very shiny silver lettering, much like a Secret Rare, with some colours removed from the card image. The overall effect of these changes is a pale, "Ghost-like" appearance to the card art, especially when scanned. There are currently only 11 Ghost Rare TCG Cards: Rainbow Dragon, Elemental Hero Chaos Neos, Rainbow Neos, Honest, Stardust Dragon, Black Rose Dragon, Red Dragon Archfiend/Assault Mode, Power Tool Dragon, Ancient Fairy Dragon, Majestic Star Dragon, and Majestic Red Dragon. This is the TCG version of Holographic Rare.
Holographic Rare is a fairly recent rarity introduced in the OCG version of Tactical Evolution. It appears to have silver lettering like a Secret Rare Card, with many colors removed from the card image, while the entire card appears to be holographic. Currently, there are 13 Holographic Rare cards: "Rainbow Dragon", "Rainbow Neos", "Elemental Hero Chaos Neos", "Stardust Dragon", "Honest", "Black Rose Dragon", "Red Dragon Archfiend/Assault Mode", "Power Tool Dragon", "Ancient Fairy Dragon", "Majestic Star Dragon", "Majestic Red Dragon", "Black Feather Dragon", and "Surging Dragon Knight Dragonquetess. This is the OCG version of Ghost Rare. The angle of the card changes the reflected color, just like a hologram.
A Secret Rare card is identified by having a silver card name and the image has a unique holofoil known as a parallel holofoil (named due to the parallel dot effect on the image). On first edition printings and some collector tins the foil on the letters of Secret Rare cards sometimes "spill over", creating a thin film over the counter of the letters. This spill-over has also manifested in some Super Rare cards. In sets that are older than Tactical Evolution, Secret Rares are all either the first (#000) or last cards in a set. Secret Rares were at first discontinued due to excessive use of electronic scales, however, they have been re-introduced in Strike of Neos. Currently, the odds of getting a Secret Rare in a Booster Pack is 1:24, with the exception of Premium Pack 1 (TCG), Premium Pack 2 (TCG) and Hidden Arsenal Booster Packs, since the set ratio for the Premium Packs is 2:1 for Secret Rares and 3:1 for Super Rares, while in Hidden arsenal, the set ratio for Secret Rares is 1:1 and for Super Rares is 4:1. Secret Rares are also the rarity of Collector Tin Promo cards, the Master Collection 1 and 2, and several -SE packs (eg. EEN-ENSE).
This refers to European Secret Rare promos, whose glittery holographics follow a very different 'prism' pattern to their North American counterpart(s).
A Ultra Secret Rare has the Ultra Rare foil over the image, but has the sparkly silver card name like a Secret Rare. There are very few of these cards; only seven currently exist in English (the GSE version of "Elemental Hero Wildheart" and a misprinted run of "Collectors Tins: Series 1"), and ten Japanese cards.
A Secret Ultra Rare has the Secret Rare foil over the image, but has the Gold card name like a Ultra Rare. The only image known for this type of rarity, is an apparently misprinted version of "Gaia the Dragon Champion" in the original Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon booster pack.
Parallel Rare is a generic term, used to refer to cards where the entire card surface is holographic (that shows up as an even "haze" on most scans). There are four types of Parallel Rare: Normal Parallel Rare: Normal black or white title, normal picture. Also known as "Parallel Common.", Super Parallel Rare: Normal black or white title, holographic picture, Duel Terminal Parallel Rare: Only found on Duel Terminal Series cards, these are based on Normal Parallel Rares, but with a different Parallel Coating design, Ultra Parallel Rare: Gold title, holographic picture.

A Super Parallel Rare has all the characteristics of a Super Rare (ie. foil image and a black or silver card name) but has a coating which makes the whole surface reflect. The coating tends to stiffen the card and when scanned the coating creates a uniform haze on the card.
An Ultra Parallel Rare has a gold card title and holofoil image like Ultra Rares, but also has a coating across the surface to make the whole card reflect. The coating tends to stiffen the card and when scanned the coating creates a uniform haze on the card. It should be noted that the reflective "parallel" effect can be wiped off with one's fingers, so extreme care should be taken in order to keep these cards in mint condition (but the thick, hazy coating that stiffens the card will remain, so even if the "parallel" effect is removed from the card, it is still possible to identify it as a parallel rare).
Gold Ultra Rare is a new type of rarity introduced in the Gold Series. It has gold lettering and a holographic foil image like an Ultra Rare, but also has a holographic gold image border, lore text border, and card border. On Monster Cards, the Level Stars are embossed in gold foil, similar to what is found on Ultimate Rares.
